Le Marronnier is a gîte "Welcome to the farm with a producer from Oisans with the Labels: - Accueil Paysan - Isère Cheval Vert.
It is attached to the owner's house, on a half-landing with private access (but shared with the “Le Tilleul” gîte) opening onto a shaded terrace.
It consists:
*a large bedroom with 1 140cm bed
* a large mezzanine with a 120cm mattress placed on the floor (no complete standing position) accessible with a miller's ladder.
*A living room/kitchen with well-equipped dining area (microwave, small fridge, electric hob, toaster, washing machine, etc.)
*A bathroom with shower and toilet.
* garden furniture and a barbecue available on the terrace.
GOOD TO KNOW
*Clothes pegs, tea towels and kitchen apron as well as organic cleaning products (to be replaced if you use them all) are provided.
*Linens and sheets are NOT provided
*Possibility to buy eggs from the farm and vegetables from the garden.
*Cleaning must be done at the end of the stay by the tenants.
*The accommodation does not have a TV.
