At an altitude of 1350 meters, the pedestrian resort of OZ 3300 provides direct access to an area of ​​nearly 250 km of slopes, the majority of which are located between 2000/2800 meters above sea level with a peak at 3330 m. The return is provided by the slopes or paths to the resort and the chalet. The ESF center and chalet, as well as the Tourist Office, are less than 500m away via the path passing in front of the cable car or 700m by road.

Chalet CHOUCAS: Large individual chalet classified 3*** and Clévacances label.
Large living room including: equipped kitchen, dining table for 14/16 people and lounge area with TV and fireplace, balcony with superb open view of the Belledonne massif. It consists of 5 bedrooms each equipped with a bathroom or shower and a WC: 3 for 2 people (2 beds 80 X 200 to be brought together for a single bed) and 2 for 4 people (2 single beds communicating with a mountain corner (2 beds 80 x 200).
Not included (on order only): sheets, towels, jacuzzi/sauna, extra beds (maximum 5 beds), wood and cleaning.

The CHOUCAS Chalet:
On the ground floor: entrance hall, two bedrooms with bathroom and toilet, a ski room.
Level +1: a kitchen open to the living room opening onto a terrace, a bedroom with bathroom and toilet, a separate toilet.
Level -1: two bedrooms, a jacuzzi and a sauna.
Living area: +/- 162 m²

Payment: by bank transfer or credit card possible. A reservation contract must be returned signed.

Winter :
Return on skis to the Chalet via the green Chevreuil slope, cable car departure point nearby.
Alpe d'Huez and Oz ski areaVaujany connected. 2 ski passes of your choice (Oz-Vaujany or Domaine Alpe d'Huez). 2 cable cars in Oz-en-Oisans: the Alpette cable car (towards OZ-Vaujany) is nearby (see photo), that of Poutran (towards Alpe d'Huez) less than 800m away.

Summer :
• Located near the cable car station, you can access the Pic Blanc to 3330m in less than an hour. 2 cable cars to effortlessly climb to the high plateaus between 1750 and 2800m and enjoy an exceptional panorama of the Belledonne massif, the Grandes Rousses as well as numerous mountain lakes, or the Fare refuge, the ancestral mines and the listed sites.
• Pedestrians or mountain bikers, these facilities give you access to a specialized trail area for all levels, renowned in particular for the annual Marmotte race at the end of June (nearly 7000 participants) or the climb of Alpe d'Huez during the Tour de France.
• For hiking, the area is made up of nearly 900 km of marked routes for all levels, ranging from short forest hikes (Pré de la Pierre) of less than 1 hours to heritage discovery hikes (Les hameaux d'Oz-en-Oisans) of 30 to 2 hours.
• To discover: the ferruginous spring, the mountain hamlets, the waterfalls, canyoning in the Oz stream (with guides), the forest leisure park with more than 600 m of zip lines and numerous treetop trails. An exceptional program of themed activities is offered by the Tourist Office from Monday to Friday.
• With the valley lift you reach the Verney lake in the valley to practice windsurfing, paddle boarding or pedal boating. The opportunity to eat in typical local restaurants like La Cure, l'Enversin or la Guinguette (lake).
• In case of bad weather or for relaxation: spend a pleasant time at the resort's SPA pool with its whirlpools, swan necks, water beds, hammam and sauna. You can play badminton or table tennis in the multipurpose room as well as padel (equipment loan from the Tourist Office). Other activities are possible such as climbing with or without guides (boulder wall), padel, tennis, mini-golf or swing for the enjoyment of the little ones.

Access to the OZ3300 station: the station is 50 minutes from Grenoble and 2 hours from Lyon (via Vizille, Allemond then Oz en Oisans), follow the D44A to the station.

SEMDOZ, SEM PANORAMA, is a company established for 25 years at the station ofOz 3300 – Domaine Alpe d'Huez, and manages several accommodations for 6 to 25 people (apartments in the center, apartments in chalets or individual chalets in the resort).
