A detached house of character in the heart of a small, quiet hamlet typical of Oisans. A nature stay far from noise and pollution offering many possibilities for hiking trails starting from the chalet.
General presentation :
Detached house next to the owner's house. Total surface area of 30m2 not including the second level under the attic. For 4 people maximum, the ideal being a couple and two children (they will love the accommodation under the attic). Mountain and rural atmosphere, calm and serenity guaranteed. Beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the Romanche valley.
Composition :
On the ground floor you will find a living room with a dining table, sofa chairs and stove. Next to it you will find a comfortable kitchen with washing machine, fridge, extractor hood, oven and microwave, coffee maker, kettle. You will have access to the garden, with garden furniture and barbecue.
Upstairs, a bedroom opening onto a balcony, equipped with a double bed which will be perfect for a couple.
On the same floor, a bathroom and toilet.
On the 2nd floor, the attic has been converted to accommodate 2 people with 2 single beds.
Exterior:
You will have access to a terrace and a barbecue in the garden.

Summer activities: hiking, climbing, mountaineering, summer skiing in Les Deux Alpes, rafting in the Vénéon valley.
Winter activities: ski touring, skiing in Les Deux Alpes, snowshoeing on site, ice climbing.
Shops: grocery store, restaurants in the village 2 km away.
The little extra: the owner provides free maps and topos and will spend some time with you upon arrival to give you good addresses.
