Chalet L'Ecrin – Pugliesi-Conti

L'écrin is a recent chalet on three levels that can accommodate up to 6 people. It has an exceptional location in a quiet area, not overlooked, with a panoramic view of the Meije and the surrounding mountains.
In winter you can enjoy the area of ​​the Meije for high mountain skiing or the family resort of Chazelet 20 minutes from the chalet by car or free shuttle.
In summer you will enjoy the many hiking trails, mountain biking, cycle touring, climbing, etc.
You will have at your disposal 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The chalet is equipped with underfloor central heating.
Cleaning, towels, sheets, tea towels and hand towels are included in the rental price.
You will not be able to park in front of the chalet, it is only accessible by a footpath of approximately 75 metres which descends from the road to the chalet. However, you can park on the main street or in the car park located above the chalet.

To ensure the comfort of all our tenants, we ask you not to smoke in the house and on the wooden exterior parts (terraces and stairs) and to remove your shoes upon entering the chalet. Slippers will be available to you in the entrance of the house.
Pets and parties are not allowed.

INTERIOR (description of the accommodation: each room and equipment found there by floor):
The chalet has 3 levels: the garden level, level 1 and level 2.
On level 1, accessible by the pedestrian path, the chalet has an entrance with a bench and a storage cupboard, as well as a large living space of 50 m2 with an open-plan kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area, all opening onto a spacious terrace facing the Meije.
The living room offers a perfect setting to relax while enjoying the mountain view. You can also take advantage of the equipment at your disposal (TV, DVD player, games (Wii, PS3), WiFi connection).
The kitchen is fully equipped and functional (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle and electric coffee maker, blender, raclette machine, etc.). A dining table for 6 people will be at your disposal.
The spacious terrace will allow you to enjoy the mountain view while having a drink.

On level 2, you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms each with 2 single beds that can be pushed together. The 2 bathrooms have a spacious shower, heated towel rails and hairdryers. A bathroom is located between the double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds and can be privatized by one of the bedrooms. Separate toilets are located one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor.
On the ground floor, accessible by the pedestrian path, you will find a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and clothes lines. An external door will allow you to access this level directly for returns from skiing or hiking. You can store your ski and/or bicycle equipment there.

EXTERIOR (description of the exterior adjoining the accommodation: terrace, etc.):
The chalet has two terraces, one located at the dining room level and the second on the garden level.
The garden is enclosed.
