Auberge la Brindille finally opens on June 1, 2024. It is in the small village of Villard-Notre-Dame, 9km from Bourg d'Oisans, where I welcome you.
Our small team will serve you homemade dishes, a drink, a snack, a moment of sharing, a smile...
Facing the Écrins massif, I cook fresh, seasonal, local & sometimes wild products, and our menus change regularly to offer you healthy, pretty & fun cuisine. But also traditional French dishes, from Oisans and Dauphiné.
At the bar, responsible & served with passion.
We also offer original drinks, organic wines, local beer, water from our mountains... Something to satisfy your taste buds.
Our guest rooms have been open since July 2024.
We have designed each space so that you can have a good time relaxing while looking out over the Oisans mountains.
Here, wood is king to create a warm atmosphere.
3 double rooms and a dormitory are available for your family or group stays.
We can accommodate up to 12 people.
