Located at the foot of the slopes of the Col d'Ornon and at the starting point of many hikes, it is composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including one with a bathtub, a large living room opening onto a fully equipped American kitchen.

– 1 main room with wooden furniture, sofa bed (sleeps 2) and an equipped American kitchen (electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large capacity fridge-freezer, TV, DVD player and mp3 radio)
– 2 independent bedrooms with oak parquet flooring and 1 160 cm bed
– 1 independent bedroom with oak parquet flooring, 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds, i.e. 4 beds in 90 cm
– 1 separate WC on the ground floor
– 1 bathroom on the ground floor with 2 sinks, 1 bathtub and 1 washing machine
– 1 bathroom upstairs with a shower cubicle, a sink and a toilet
– 1 mezzanine with oak parquet flooring and wooden furniture, convertible sofa (sleeps 2)
– 1 terrace and a 40 m² covered courtyard in total, facing due south with large grounds
Kitchenware for 12 people. The beds have duvets and pillows. Sheets can be provided for an additional €6 per person. The heating is oil-fired central heating. . Two travel cots for small children are available.

You will have a great time in the garden and on the mountain huted terrace, equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and a ping-pong table. Private parking provided for 4 vehicles.
