"The Loft" is a 60m² apartment with mezzanine that can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located on the first floor - above the small reception - and has a large 50m² enclosed terrace with panoramic views of the Oisans mountains.
The Loft is on the first floor of an annex building of the property, located
in a peaceful green setting but only 4 km from the villages of Bourg-d'Oisans andAllemond.
This apartment has a crazy charm with its exposed original beams, and its loft opening onto a warm and bright living room. A real little cocoon!
The south-facing balcony is equipped with tables and chairs for lunch with a view of the surrounding mountains!
On the ground floor:
* A fully equipped kitchen (oven, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher, etc.)
*a comfortable living room/lounge
* a bathroom with bathtub
* a separate toilet
*1 bedroom with two single beds.
* A 'Loft' floor with 2 single beds.

The location is ideal in summer and winter!
SUMMER:
It is the ideal base camp for setting off to conquer the legendary passes of Oisans or the climb of Alpe d'Huez and the magnificent greenway is only 500m away.
For hikers, ideal for exploring the wild territory of Oisans
WINTER:
Prime location for quickly reaching the two international ski resorts of Alpe d'Huez and Les Deux Alpes (30 minutes by car).
You are a 10-minute drive from the cable carEau d’Olle Express which allows you to easily reach the large Alpe d'Huez area without taking the 21 hairpin bends!
Walk or snowshoe hike (if there is enough snow) from your accommodation.
