House'N Alpes

This 3-storey chalet, facing south with a clear view of the mountains,
and private parking offers you all the comfort you need to spend a calm and rejuvenating stay. A small secure chalet for storing bikes and ski equipment is located on the grounds.

The chalet has a wooden terrace on which there is a large garden furniture set made of wooden pallets and cushions, a table that can accommodate up to 12 people and its colored chairs.
For your evenings, the terrace has lighting and for your sunny lunches, an electric blind to protect from the summer heat.

A barbecue is also available.

The chalet consists of 3 floors:

On the ground floor are:

* 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90×190), a shower and a sink.
* 1 separate toilet.
* a large living room composed of:
– a large, fully equipped American kitchen (oven, dishwasher, hotplates, food processor, etc.)
– a dining room with a large table
-a small living room with TV and wood stove and a bay window giving access to the terrace.

First stage:

* 1 large TV lounge with coffee table, wood stove and wifi
* 1 bedroom with a double bed (160×200) and a large open bathroom - shower, bathtub, toilet, sink. This room opens onto a balcony.
*1 bedroom with a double bed (160×200) and an open bathroom - large shower and sink as well as a separate closed toilet.

Au deuxième etage:

* 1 large family room with 4 single beds including 3 single beds 100×200 and 1 bed 90×190
* 1 alcove with 2 single beds 90×190
* 1 small separate and closed bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.


SUMMER:

Perfect base camp for cyclists and hikers who want to climb the legendary passes of Oisans ( Croix de Fer, Galibier etc.) or walk along the 900 km of marked trails in Oisans.

The start of the GR 54 is a 10-minute walk away and the Green Way connects Allemond à Venosc is accessible in 2 minutes by bike.

WINTER:

Your host Isabelle, an independent ski and snowboard instructor, will be happy to advise or accompany you depending on her availability.

This accommodation is ideally located at the foot of Alpe d'Huez (13 km) and 25 minutes from Les Deux Alpes.

The Sarrenne-Bergerie bus stop is a 5-10 minute walk away and the T76 bus takes you to the foot of the slopes at Alpe d'Huez in 20 minutes.

And if you prefer to avoid the climb of Alpe d'Huez and its 21 bends, the cable carAllemond is a 15-minute drive away. It will take you 10 minutes to Oz-en-Oisans, from where you will reach the “Grand Domaine” of Alpe d'Huez.

Minimum stay: 3 to 5 nights depending on the period.
