## Housing

The apartment includes a living room with equipped kitchen area.
A bedroom with 1 double bed.

COVID-19 provisions:
To avoid re-suspending the virus in the air when cleaning the accommodation, I proceed as follows:
– Do not spray cleaning products (wax, window spray, etc.) directly onto surfaces,
– No use of the vacuum cleaner (they will also be removed for tenants))
– If using sponges, cloths and mops: wash at +60°
– I will clean the surfaces with disposable wipes, which will be placed in closed plastic bags.

1-Wearing a mask and disposable gloves, placed in closed plastic bags, after each cleaning session.
2- wash your hands several times a day
3- systematic washing of all bedding between each tenant (mattress protectors, pillowcases)
4- systematic washing of bath mats, floor mats and doormats between each tenant
5- ventilation of all rooms throughout the cleaning
6- systematic disinfection of brooms and mops with bleach (30 minutes) between each tenant
7- cleaning floors with virucidal products, or household bleach diluted according to recommendations, cleaning products (validated by standard 14476) with at least 70% alcohol and most disinfectants registered by the environmental protection agency are considered effective against germs.
8- disinfection with products adapted to the different contact points; switches, door handles, remote controls and tap handles, keys, etc.
9- Dishwasher. Machine washable dishes will be rewashed at 60°, as for coffee makers, toasters, pressure cookers, kitchen utensils, they will be systematically disinfected with a suitable product.
10- all unnecessary fabrics, cushions, and decorations will be removed
11- Clean and disinfect sanitary facilities (toilet, sink, shower, bathtub), taps and handles with bleach.

## The neighborhood

The house in which the apartment is located is located in the center of the village.
In the heart of the French Alps and more specifically in the Écrins massif, Villar d'Arène, whose main town is at an altitude of 1 m, is located in a medium and high mountain area. It benefits from a preserved natural environment, with flora and fauna that are valued and protected, particularly within the Écrins National Park and the Pics du Combeynot National Nature Reserve, as well as within the Col du Lautaret botanical garden. Like the neighboring commune of La Grave, with which it shares many activities, it is a popular area for mountaineers and hikers, as well as winter sports enthusiasts.

120 km via the RN94 towards Briançon then RD1091 towards Grenoble via the Col du Lautaret.
