Beautiful old family farmhouse, approximately 500 years old, warmly restored by Pierre-Yves, in a mountain style with a vast vaulted living room. The Gîte Le Florestine is located in the heart of Oisans between the Belledonne and Grandes Rousses mountain ranges. Cyclists are at the foot of the legendary great passes ( Glandon, Iron Cross, etc.).
The cable carEau d’Olle Express is 2.5 km away. It will take you to the Oz- ski areasVaujany, and Alpe d'Huez.
Nautical base of the lake and dam of Verney at 2km: windsurfing, canoeing, windsurfing, pedal boats… Swimming pool, shops and restaurants at 2.5km Allemond.
Great athletes, thrill seekers or families with children, everyone will find what they are looking for here.
From the cottage you can reach Allemond and all its amenities via a marked forest path, mountain bike trail, 20 minutes on foot.

Heating of the living room by pellet stove and electric radiators for the rest of the house, laundry room.
