Les Martagons Ski-in ski-out residence, small, atypical duplex renovated with numerous sleeping areas under the slopes, located at the foot of the slopes on the Place des Écrins with a view of the snow front.
This apartment is composed on the first level: of a kitchen living room, the kitchen is equipped, a bathroom with large shower and WC, a bedroom with 2 sleeping areas, one of which has a bunk bed with two 1 cm beds and the other with a 90 cm bed and an extra 140 cm bed under the eaves.
Upstairs there is a small living room with a sofa bed, a sleeping area with a 140cm double bed under the eaves, plus a ski locker in the basement.
The accommodation is equipped with 3 duvets for a 140 bed, 2 duvets for a 90 bed and 8 square pillows.
The apartment has a floor area of ​​approximately 50 m² and 30 m² under the Carrez law.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people maximum, ideal for one or two families with children. At the foot of the building, a mini-market, a ski rental shop, a cinema, two restaurants, a daycare and ESF lessons. The daycare service takes and picks up children from ESF lessons.
Sheets, bath towels and tea towels are not provided. Cleaning is mandatory and is the responsibility of the holidaymakers. The concierge can provide this service at a cost of €70.
