Studio 2** of 25 m² under the slope (29 m² on the ground) for 4 people, with balcony facing East on the 3rd floor without elevator. The apartment includes: A living room with two pull-out sofas for 2 people each. Television in the living room. A kitchen area equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven and a dishwasher. A bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. Parking at the foot of the residence. Private ski locker. The beds are equipped with duvets.



## Passenger access: inaccessibility for people with reduced mobility.


Access to the laundry room: washing machine and dryer on the ground floor of the residence near the reception room.


## Other remarks:

Rentals are by the week (from Saturday to Saturday; another arrival day can be accepted on request) and by the night.

For a 2-week stay, 15% discount on the 2nd week

For a 3-week stay, 30% discount on the 3rd week

Rental of bed linen and towels:
if renting for a week or more than 2 nights: the vacationer brings their own sheets and towels or chooses the paid option of €20 for the duration of the stay.
if staying 2 nights: sheets and towels are provided.

Rental of a cot and a high chair for €10 each or €15 for both.

A rental contract for a stay of one week or more is established between the lessor and the tenant.

The deposit of 100€ (in cash) is given on arrival (with receipt) and returned on your departure after the inventory.

A tourist tax of €0.70 (for the year 2020) per adult per night will be requested.

The residence is open from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 15:00 p.m. to 19:00 p.m.

From 03/06 to 03/12/2023, every day.
