2500 m² plot of land with superb unobstructed views of the Romanche valley and the peaks of Oisans, from the slopes of Les 2 Alpes to the Meije !
250 m² of living space on three levels, renovated with respect for tradition, spacious and atypical with beautiful spaces and a magnificent sunny geographical location.

Ground floor: entrance hall, 22 m² kitchen, 2 bedrooms (double beds), exposed stone bathroom, WC, storeroom.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds, one with an additional single bed.
50 m² living room with convertible sofa bed.

2 mezzanines:
-one of 30 m² facing the dormitory,
-one of 40 m² with balcony and bay window facing south, games and reading oriented.
