Pleasant 2-room apartment of 40 m² for 6 people with balcony facing North-East on the 2nd floor without elevator. It offers a view of the mountain. It consists of: A bedroom with 1 bed for 2 people in 140. A closed sleeping area with 2 single bunk beds. A living room with a pull-out sofa for 2 people, a television, a kitchen area equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher. A bathroom with bathtub Separate WC. Free parking at the foot of the residence. Ski locker on the ground floor. The beds are all equipped with duvets and pillows.

Passenger access: inaccessibility for people with reduced mobility.

## Access to the laundry room: washing machine and dryer on the ground floor of the residence near the reception room.

## Other remarks:

Rentals are per night (2 nights minimum and per week every day of the week)

Rental of bed linen and towels: €8 per person per stay.

A rental contract is established between the Lessor and the Lessee.

Arrivals are from 16:00 p.m.
Departures between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

We will send you the access codes for the residence and your apartment (key box) by text message after payment of the balance of the reservation and the deposit of €100. It will be returned within 8 days if no damage or deterioration is noted, and if the accommodation is returned in a good state of cleanliness at the exit inventory. Otherwise, the deposit will be returned to the Tenant, after deduction, where applicable, of the sums covering the damage and/or deterioration of the accommodation.

A tourist tax of €0.77 (for the year 2024) per adult per night will be requested.
