Lydie & Fred are happy to welcome you to their stopover gîte, located in the heart of a mountain village with authentic charm.
The gîte l'écrin du Sarret welcomes you in a warm atmosphere, favoring organic products.

Back from hiking, you can stay in one of our rooms for 2 people in a double room, dormitories for 4 and 5 or 6 and 8 people. The accommodation has gas heating, an outdoor terrace.
The owners offer various products: snowshoe rental, wellness treatments and massages out of season, small shop, organic herbal teas and teas, organic ice creams, small sweet break of the moment pancakes or waffles, blueberry tart...
You can visit the Maison des Alpages (Museum) which is a few minutes walk from the cottage. The village is the starting point for several hikes of all levels.
Nearby you will find: the Écrins national park, GR 54 (tour of Oisans), transhumance, cyclo (high passes route), the village of La Grave La Meije, downhill skiing in Les 2 Alpes, a wide variety of fauna and flora species, marmots...

Location details

A48 Lyon Grenoble motorway, Oisans exit towards Bourg d'Oisans Briançon. Take the RN91 then the D25 at the Chambon Dam (Ferand Valley) towards Besse in Oisans. As you leave the village, turn right and follow the sign for the stopover and holiday accommodation.
