A friendly welcome in the old school and the old presbytery renovated into a simple and modest gîte with a mountain character which offers you peace and comfort.
The gîte:
Room for 4 to 5 people in single and bunk beds, family room with 1 140 cm bed and 3 single bunk beds.
The family room can be booked for two depending on availability.
Each room is equipped with a shower room and WC.
Entertainment room with fireplace lounge and corner where you can store your midday and 16 p.m. snacks in the refrigerator and cupboard. (Available: microwave, coffee maker and kettle).
We are located 5 km from the Serre-Chevalier ski area and the large baths of Monêtier les Bains, in the small, quiet hamlet of Lauzet at an altitude of 1650 m at the gateway to the Ecrins Park.
From the gîte, you can practice without taking your car: sporty or cultural hiking, climbing, via ferrata, mountain biking & road cycling (with the legendary passes of the Tour de France), fishing in torrents or lakes, horse riding & pony rides for the little ones, (in winter snowshoeing & ski touring), or simply relax on the lawn in front of the gîte.

At 1670 m, with the rocky summit to which it owes its name in the background, the Aiguillette du Lauzet is the ideal destination for a group retreat in the heart of nature.
A former mountain guide, Marc will be able to advise you and show you routes off the beaten track. Experience adventure on foot, horseback, by bike, ski touring or kayaking, explore the wide open spaces of the Écrins National Park. Breathe!
