-2 apartments for 4/6 people (49 to 51 m²)
-3 apartments for 6-8 people (52 to 55 m²)

Each apartment has a large south-facing balcony with an exceptional view of the Grandes Rousses mountain range (Pic de l'Etendard 3468 m) and the magnificent Fare waterfall.

Under the alpine garden (1000 m²), in front of the residence, free underground parking is at your disposal.
You will appreciate the calm and beauty of the site.

Each apartment has a living room/kitchen (fully equipped) with a sofa bed, two double bedrooms with very comfortable beds made on your arrival, a mountain corner with 2 bunk beds (for the 6/8 person apartments), an additional bedroom with 3 beds (for the 8/10 person apartment), a bathroom with bathtub (and another bathroom with shower for the 6/8 and 8/10 person apartments) and a ski drying locker (on the ground floor of the residence).
