On an exceptional site planted with five three-hundred-year-old lime trees, this gîte is a former presbytery restored in 1987 in a mountain atmosphere, it will offer you a 360° view of the Taillefer, the col d’Ornon and the Grandes Rousses.
Located at the foot of the Taillefer plateau and overlooking the valley ofOrnon, it is an excellent base camp to enjoy the mountains in summer and winter or simply to meet up with family, friends or as a stopover if you are traveling by bike or on foot.
This 15-bed reception house is a stopover, group, holiday, weekend or weekly rental, self-catering and with catering services only on request.

INTERIOR
The cottage is a former presbytery restored 30 years ago and improved over time in a mountain atmosphere. A large living room of 65 m² allows you to enjoy the place all together. An open kitchen, two large tables for 15 people, a lounge area with its fireplace allows you to read, play, chat and establish the program for the next day. The bedrooms are upstairs, 15 beds in rooms with 4 beds maximum (sheets and duvets provided.). You will find two bathrooms with three showers and three toilets.
The cottage has a winter entrance (technical room) to store your equipment.
A large wood-burning stove heats the house and dries your technical equipment when you return from a ski, hiking or cycling trip. The living room faces the valley.Ornon and the Taillefer massif and the terrace allows you to enjoy the extraordinary view.

EXTERIOR
Enjoy the large south-facing terrace with a view of the col d’Ornon, tables and barbecue.

From Grenoble, take the N91 towards Bourg d'Oisans. At La Paute (2 km before Bourg d'Oisans) turn right onto the D526 towards Col d'Ornon. Go up the valley for 6 km to the Pont des Oulles. Then right until Ornon village. Gite Les Filons next to the Church (50 m walk).
