Located at an altitude of 1 m, a 797-minute walk from the hamlet of Champhorent on an easy family-friendly path going up the Muande torrent.
You enter a place of privileged exchanges, of sharing emotions between mountaineers, hikers and mountain people.
At the refuge you will find everything you need for this particular adventure, the guards are there to advise, inform you and guide you in the choice of your itineraries.
At the foot of accessible glaciers and lakes (la Muande, les Rouies, les Sellettes, les Bêches, les Fétoules, etc.), fauna, flora and herds await you and each of you, from the smallest to the largest, from the contemplative to the adventurous, from the climber to the walker, will find satisfaction there.
You can taste organic and local products, all in a creative and colorful cuisine.
An event program is woven every summer to allow everyone to enjoy concerts, shows, and evening events. Don't hesitate to follow the news online!

The mountain hut will close its doors on July 15, 2025, for two years. This will allow us to fully renovate our facilities, allowing us to better serve you.
