Refuge du Carrelet

The refuge was built in the old alpine hamlet of Plat du Carlez, a quiet and green meadow located at the crossroads of the Vénéon valley and the Vallon du Chardon. An ideal site to admire from the terrace the Ailefroide and the Rouies, emblematic peaks of the Ecrins.
Passing through during the day, to come and taste our fresh pasta made on site and drink a homemade vitamin juice, or staying in our rooms for 8 to 2 people, the Carrelet refuge is ideal for a 100% nature break under the benevolent eye of the summits. Welcome to families and mountaineers!

YOU ARE HIKING IN THE HEART OF THE ÉCRINS NATIONAL PARK

landscaped areas are rare. To protect these riches, the heart of the park is marked by blue-white-red flags, where regulations must be respected. Please read them when preparing your
