La Grave are located approximately 80 km from Grenoble, or less than 1 hour 30 minutes by car.

From Grenoble, take the RN85 towards Briançon / Stations de l'Oisans. Once you arrive in Bourg-d'Oisans, follow the signs for La Grave on a road that follows the deep gorges of the Romanche.
