When you enter our socio-professional network, we may collect your name, first name, postal address, telephone number, email address, photos showing you in the context of your activity as well as economic and banking information.

4. As a member of our labels

Why do we process your personal data?
The processing of your personal data is based on the legitimate interest of OISANS TOURISME. In this context, the information collected allows us in particular to establish internal statistics.
The data also allows us to contact you, respond to your needs and requests, monitor and manage our contractual relationship and carry out our future legal obligations.
Who has access to your personal data?
Your personal data will only be transmitted to all internal departments of the tourist office processing your data as needed. Your data as a socio-professional may also be transmitted to the Communauté de communes de l'Oisans. However, the data will never be communicated to subcontractors, third parties or external organizations. OISANS TOURISME does not and will not proceed with any sale, transfer or communication of your personal data.. Consequently, OISANS TOURISME does not transfer data outside the European Union.
OISANS TOURISME does not use any automated decision-making based on your personal data. No profiling is implemented during processing, and the data we collect will never be used without human intervention.
How long do we keep your personal data?
1. Concerning your browsing data on our websites:
OISANS TOURISME keeps your browsing data on our websites for a maximum period of 6 months.
The personal data you provide to us when you contact us to find out about our services via online chat or the contact form will be kept for a maximum period of 3 years.

We use and store your data for the duration of our contractual relationship. This data may be stored for a maximum of 5 years after the end of our relationship.

What are your rights and how to exercise them?
In accordance with current regulations, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
