We offer creative "slate" menus that change every day with several choices of starters, main courses and desserts, entirely homemade with fresh, seasonal products.

In winter meals are served in the restaurant with its soft lighting and fireplace.
Also good to know: we do not provide lunch service. In summer, however, we offer lunches by reservation only and for a group of at least 10 people. In summer as well as in winter we welcome groups and we have frequently organized evenings for weddings or special events.
Sometimes you find the boss himself in the kitchen…we are all passionate about good food and you can find on our slate all types of cuisine, classic French cuisine, “fusion” cuisine where French dishes are perfectly married with herbs and influences from here and elsewhere, but also Asian dishes (with the best “Rogan Josh” in the Alps…). In summer, we sometimes organize bbq evenings on the terrace. On the other hand, if you are looking for mountain specialties, such as fondue, tartiflette or raclette…sorry, but you won’t find them with us…
Every evening our homemade bread will accompany your meals and you can choose from the wide range of wines that we have in our cellar; French wines and wines from all four corners of the world.
During the summer and if the weather permits, all meals will be
served on the terrace with a superb panoramic view of the glacier and with a bit of luck, you will witness breathtaking sunsets.
The Bar and the terrace are also open to enjoy a delicious glass of wine and discover our vintages (to choose from more than 500 wine references from our cellar…many wines served by the glass!) or to enjoy any other refreshing drink. Why not one of the 15 Gin & Tonic? With each aperitif we offer different small tapas.
This establishment offers the E-Bike service: recharge your electrically assisted bike here on request (remember to bring your charger).
