We like to prepare what will delight you according to the rhythm and demands of your day: good, fresh and healthy products, cooked for you with love (including vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free).

Our ethics tend more and more towards a direct connection with nature and respect for the environment. Watch for the new map that we will post soon. Also know that our vegetarian friends will find an attractive and delicious choice for their lunch.

Lunch 12:00 a.m. – 14:30 p.m.: A moment of pure pleasure

To share a good time with family or friends and relax away from physical mountain activities, come and enjoy a complete lunch with tasty starters, original salads and local and friendly dishes such as pierrade or raclette (to order) , followed by delicious desserts. Wash it all down with local beers and quality wines. Deck chairs, hammocks, and ping-pong table allow you to extend your relaxation into the pleasure of a lazy afternoon.

If you are in an active mood, a light lunch with a classic mountain salad or something more original will prepare you for the climb to Lac du Lauvitel. Unless you prefer a more nourishing dish like a homemade burger with fries when you return from the lake.

Café and garden bar 10:00 a.m. – 18:30 p.m.: The essential snack break

The garden is a must-see stop on the way up or down from Lake Lauvitel, a famous local landmark. But it's also worth a special detour during your visit to Oisans: by bike along the new greenway from Bourg d'Oisans, or on foot from Venosc, less demanding and just as beautiful. Here you'll find ice-cold local beers, good coffee, English tea, and herbal teas from the garden. The selection of artisanal ice creams and various delicious homemade cakes will satisfy all palates and appetites. We make sure to always have a good supply of the famous blueberry tart, but also offer our sublime carrot cake, unforgettable blueberry tart or fromage blanc, and a chocolate brownie that is definitely worth a try.

Our garden: Relax and enjoy

Our garden is known as a “little corner of paradise”: in the heart of a mountain haven, with its myriad of colorful flowers, the gentle sound of running water and the soft shade of large lime trees. Children will also find a beautiful space to play, a quiet corner to read, a stone-paved maze and a ping pong table for the more active.

Dinner at Lauvitel Lodge 19:30 p.m.: evening meal by reservation

Sharing a meal with friends or family without cooking is nice. Also avoid the headache of choosing the menu: our menu is unique, and you will have validated it when booking. Our chef strives to create a single meal each evening to focus on the quality of each dish, from starter to dessert and to offer you an exceptional taste experience. Great care is taken to create and present beautiful dishes with balanced flavors.

You can choose to join one of the large communal tables or request an individual table. We also accommodate specific diets such as vegetarian or gluten-free, preferring to be informed in advance so that we can take as much care of you as we do others.
