– Swim in the cool water of mountain lakes and rivers
– Sleep under the stars, lying on the cool ground and the sky above your head

The best part is the attentive and warm support of Caroline, a reiki master, certified coach, doctor in psycho-sociology, and a mountain and physical activity enthusiast. When faced with difficulty, she puts you in total safety and invites you to observe your perceptions, sensations, reactions and modes of functioning.
